Lee Elementary School Principal Announcement

Mr. Daniel Pray has been named the principal of Lee Elementary School. 
 
Mr. Pray has served as the elementary principal of Jackson Heights Elementary School in Holton, KS (USD 335) since August of 2022. Prior to that, he served as the MTSS Coordinator at Anthony Middle School in Manhattan, KS (USD 383). He began his career as an elementary teacher (teaching grades 1, 2, 3, and 4) in the Rock Creek School District (USD 323). Mr. Pray received a Bachelor of Education/Special Education from Dana College in Blair, NE and a Masters in Building Administration from Fort Hays State University.
 
“I am thrilled and honored that I have been named the new principal of Lee Elementary School,” states Pray.  “It is a privilege to join such a dedicated and well-rounded community, and I am eager to work alongside our exceptional staff, supportive parents, and wonderful students to continue the tradition of excellence at Lee.”
 
 “We are excited for Mr. Pray to join our team at Lee Elementary School,” states Superintendent Eric Reid.  “We look forward to his knowledge and energy impacting student learning and helping Lee continue to succeed.”
 
He will begin his role in July, 2024.
